Move inside the dial and you will see that the concentric circle design continues on the remains of the dial, bordering and flanking the blanked Arabic numerals. Atop that, a separate minutes/seconds track holds the Arabic 12, 3, 6, and 9. As an extra bit of detail, the hands have been filled in with Luminova for readability in the dark.
